Registrations for the 2013-2014, 2013-2015, and 2013-2016 registration periods can be submitted on this service beginning on May 1.
Effective April 19, 2013, the registration fees for registrations that include the 2013-2014 registration year have been adjusted to reflect a decrease in the fees for the 2013-2014 year. This decrease is reflected in the payment amounts charged through this service.
Hazardous Materials Registration
Welcome to the Hazardous Materials Registration Program On-Line Registration service of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Office of Hazardous Materials Safety.
To Register On-Line you must complete these steps:
Select the appropriate type of registration below (Renewal or Initial)
Provide the required information pertaining to the registration.
Provide a valid credit/debit card number or ACH (electronic check) account number for payment.
Print the registration.
What type of hazardous materials registration would you like to process?
The registration is for a company that has never registered for a hazardous material certificate.
The registration is for a company that has previously registered for a hazardous material certificate.
A previously processed hazardous material registration for the most recent registration period needs to be updated to reflect changes to company data.
Look-up a registered company. Existing registration certificates can be viewed or printed.
Verify if a previously submitted ACH (Electronic Check) payment has been processed.
